Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 83 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 77 kDa). Abcam recommends using milk as the blocking agent (3%).

The L27 domain 1 functions in targeting to the tight junctions by binding to INADL. The PDZ domain binds to the C-terminus of SC6A1.
