The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
追加情報IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
関連性Glutamate receptors constitute the principal excitatory neurotransmitter
receptors in brain. Two classes of glutamate receptors exist: Ionotropic
receptors, and metabotropic receptors. Ionotropic glutamate receptors are
oligomeric complexes of various subunits (GluR17, NMDA13, KAI2),
which comprise ligand-gated calcium channels. Metabotropic glutamate
receptors are G-protein coupled receptors, which when activated can
activate phopholipases or adenylylcyclase, depending on the neuron. The activity of GRM6 and GRM7 are mediated by a G-protein that inhibits adenylate cyclase activity.
