生理活性の詳細Non-competitive, non-selective antagonist of nicotinic actelycholine receptors (nAChRs). Blood-brain barrier permeable. Blocks various different nAChR types, (IC50 values are 640 nM, 2.5 µM, 3.6 µM and 6.9 µM at α3β4, α4β2, α3β2 and α7 receptors, respectively). Blocks most physiological, behavioural and reinforcing effects of nicotine. Displays antidepressant-like effects in mice.
保存方法Store at Room Temperature. Store under desiccating conditions. The product can be stored for up to 12 months.
溶解性Soluble in water to 100 mM and in DMSO to 75 mM
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
