IHC-P Use at an assay dependent concentration.
IHC (PFA fixed) 1/1000. Mouse embryos were fixed in 4% PFA in phosphate buffer for 2 h at 4 degrees. Rinsed well with phosphate buffer including an overnight rinse (all at 4 degrees). Sunk in 30% sucrose/phos buffer and embedded in OCT for cryosection. Inconclusive results obtained by WB (please see abreview)
ICC/IF Use at an assay dependent concentration.

Anti-MATH1/HATH1 antibody [Math1] 画像

  • Mouse E10.5 neural tube stained with Math1 antibody ab27667 (red). Embryos were fixed in 4% PFA in phosphate buffer for 2 h at 4 degrees. Rinsed well with phosphate buffer including an overnight rinse (all at 4 degrees). Sunk in 30% sucrose/phos buffer and embedded in OCT for cryosection. Math1 antibody ab27667 was used at 1/1000 dilution.
  • ab27667 staining mouse adrenal tissue sections by IHC-P.  Sections were formaldehyde fixed and subjected to heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer (pH 6) prior to blocking.  The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 40 minutes at 20°C.  A HRP conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody was used as the secondary.

The full length protein was used as an immunogen for ab27667, and the epitope has not been mapped, so we are not sure what region of the MATH1 protein that the antibody binds to.
