ab11268 staining MAP2 in E16 mouse brain neocortex (bottom is dorsal) by immunohistochemistry. Free-floating sections were incubated with ab11268 (1/5000) for 2 hours at 21ºC. Bound antibody was detected using a biotinylated donkey anti-mouse IgG antibody.

ab11268 staining MAP2 in mouse brain tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocking with a solution containing 2% Block Ace, 0.05% Triton X-100 and PBS was performed at 250C for 1 hour. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/5000) in a dilution buffer containing 2% Block Ace, 0.05% Triton X-100 and PBS at 40C for 12 hours. An FITC-conjugated donkey polyclonal to mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1/500 dilution.
