ab106515 Immunoprecipitating Ionotropic Glutamate receptor 2 in mouse hippocampus tissue lysate. 5µg of tissue lysate was incubated with primary antibody (1/100) and matrix (Protein G) for 24 hours at 4°C. For western blotting ab106515 (1/5000) was used to confirm successful immunoprecipation.
