Use at an assay dependent dilution. May be used in immunoassays to detect and quantitate Influenza B neuraminidase and in neuraminidase inhibition assays. Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
Influenza virus belongs to the genus orthomyxovirus in the family of Orthomyxoviridae. There are 4 antigens present, the haemagglutinin (HA), neuraminidase (NA), nucleocapsid (NA), the matrix (M) and the nucleocapsid proteins.
