ELISA - Anti-IL10 antibody [B-S10] (ab47222) Image courtesy of an anonymous Abreview.
We examined the effect of anti IL-10 to study the regulatory role of IL-10 and the interaction of IL-10 with its receptor. Measurement of neutralizing activity of anti IL-10 by TNFa-ELISA. IL-10 decreased the LPS-induced production of TNFa by Monocytes and recombinant IL-10 is neutralized by increasing concentrations of anti IL-10 antibody. The TNFa production showed a dependence on antibody concentration of anti IL-10.
ab47222 used at a 1/2000 dilution.
