Other Immunogen Type corresponding to HLA G. C-terminal amino acid sequence (22-mer) of soluble HLA-G5 and HLA-G6 protein coupled to ovalbumin
ab76869 allows discrimination between soluble HLA-G protein yielded by shedding from membrane-bound HLA-G forms that do not contain the intron 4-encoded epitope and soluble HLA-G5/HLA-G6 produced from intron 4-retaining alternatively spliced mRNAs.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab76869 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ELISA||Use at an assay dependent concentration. Can be as capture antibody to analyze of soluble HLA G together with a suitable detection antibody.|
|WB||Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 38 kDa.|
|IHC-P||Use a concentration of 10 - 20 µg/ml.|
|IHC-Fr||Use a concentration of 10 - 20 µg/ml.|
|ICC||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
|Flow Cyt||Use a concentration of 2 µg/ml. ab170190-Mouse monoclonal IgG1, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.|
ab76869 staining HLA G in human placenta tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a TRIS-EDTA Buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in blocking buffer) for 30 minutes at 20°C. A HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
