ab91214 can be used in identifying virally-infected insect cells and biochemical analysis of the gp64 protein.
関連性gp64 is an envelope protein of the baculovirus Autographa californica (AcMNPV). It is a phosphoglycoprotein which is located on the surface of both infected cells and budded virions. It is suggested that the virus entry into cells is primarily by the endocytic pathway and that this protein may play a role in fusion of the viral envelope with the endosomal membrane.
