The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
IHC-P: 1/100 - 1/500. Antigen retrieval with citrate buffer recommended.
Note: expected to work on frozen sections.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Inhibits DNA replication by preventing the incorporation of MCM complex into prereplication complex (pre-RC). It is degraded during the mitotic phase of the cell cycle. Its destruction at the metaphase-anaphase transition permits replication in the succeeding cell cycle.
Belongs to the geminin family.
Absent during G1 phase, accumulates during S, G2, and M phases, and disappears at the time of the metaphase-anaphase transition.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Geminin antibody (ab84423)This image is courtesy of an anonymous Abreview
ab84423 staining Geminin in Human tonsil tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in EDTA pH8.0 for 20 minutes at 100°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/40) for 20 minutes at 25°C. A HPR-conjugated Mouse anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
