The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
追加情報Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.3 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 40 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 39 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
関連性The activity of this receptor for the hormone galanin is mediated by G proteins of the Gi/Go family that inhibit adenylate cyclase activity. GALR1 is widely expressed in the brain and spinal cord, as well as in peripheral sites such as the colon, small intestine and heart. ESTs have been isolated from nerve and fetal lung/testis/B cell libraries.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - GALR1 antibody (ab59025)This image is courtesy of an Abreview submitted by Karl Quint.
ab59025 staining GALR1 in Human small intestine tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). The sections were fixed in formaldehyde and subjected to heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer prior to blocking with 0.015% for 30 mins at 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/1000 and incubated with the sample for 16 hours at 4°C. A Biotin-conjugated Rabbit anti-Goat polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody, diluted 1/200.
