  • ターゲット情報

    • 機能Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. This CSF induces granulocytes.
    • 配列類似性Belongs to the IL-6 superfamily.
    • 翻訳後修飾O-glycan consists of Gal-GalNAc disaccharide which can be modified with up to two sialic acid residues (done in recombinantly expressed G-CSF from CHO cells).
    • 細胞内局在Secreted.

    Anti-G-CSF antibody [67604.111] 画像

    • ab49960 staining G-CSF in Mouse skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 7.5% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a Tris-base buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/90 in PBST) for 3 hours at 25°C. A HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rat IgG polyclonal (1/90) was used as the secondary antibody.
