|WB||Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 23 kDa. To detect hFGF-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1- 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hFGF-10 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.|
|Indirect ELISA||Use a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. To detect hFGF-10 by indirect ELISA (using 100 µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hFGF-10.|
|Sandwich ELISA||Use a concentration of 5 µg/ml. Can be paired for Sandwich ELISA with Rabbit polyclonal to FGF10 (ab71794) and Goat polyclonal to FGF10 (Biotin) (ab83439). Can be used as Capture antibody when paired with ab83439. For sandwich ELISA, use this antibody as Capture at 5µg/ml with ab71794 as Detection.|
