Forms a beta-barrel structure that accommodates hydrophobic ligands in its interior.

FABP4 (green) was detected using FABP4 primary antibody (ab92501; diluted 1/1000). Alpha tubulin (red) was detected using our mouse monoclonal (ab7291) antibody. Cells were imaged by confocal microscopy, using z-stack for adipocyte-like cells.
