  • Detection of cell membrane mouse Endomucin in Ba/F3 cell lines. Cells were stained using anti mouse-Endomucin antibody and anti-rat IgG FITC conjugated mAb (red) or the isotype control (blue). Flow cytometry was performed on a FACSCaliburTM.
