  • 機能Acts as one of several non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex that are thought to be involved in linking dynein to cargos and to adapter proteins that regulate dynein function. Cytoplasmic dynein 1 acts as a motor for the intracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles along microtubules. May play a role in changing or maintaining the spatial distribution of cytoskeletal structures.
    Binds and inhibits the catalytic activity of neuronal nitric oxide synthase.
    Promotes transactivation functions of ESR1 and plays a role in the nuclear localization of ESR1.
    Regulates apoptotic activities of BCL2L11 by sequestering it to microtubules. Upon apoptotic stimuli the BCL2L11-DYNLL1 complex dissociates from cytoplasmic dynein and translocates to mitochondria and sequesters BCL2 thus neutralizing its antiapoptotic activity.

    Lymphnodes were dissociated in PBS 2% FBS. Cell suspensions filtered through 70 µm and 40 µm cell strainers, and 300 x g pellets were lysed in modified RIPA buffer (150 mM NaCl, 20 mM Tris pH7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM EGTA, 10 mM NaF, 1% Triton X-100, 1% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 1 mM PMSF, 1 x protein inhibitor cocktail (Sigma)).

  • Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin embedded human liver using ab51603 (1/100).
  • Flow cytometry analysis of HeLa (human cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling DYNLL1 (red) with ab51603 at a 1/2300 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. A goat anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at a 1/2000 dilution. Black - Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730). Blue (unlabeled control) - Cells without incubation with the primary and secondary antibodies.

  • ab51603 staining DLC8 in mouse kidney cells cells by ICC/IF (immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with methanol, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton and blocked with 1% milk for 1 hour at room temperature. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/400; 1% milk in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG (1/1000) was used as secondary antibody.
