特異性<0.2% cross-reactivity to TRAIL R2 peptide of the same region.
Not likely to bind TRAIL R1 due to low sequence homology in this region.
May bind TRAIL R4.
May cross react to mouse TRAIL R3 as antibody binds to a similar size protein from mouse spleen on Westerns.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
追加情報ELISA: Use at a dilution > 1/150000.
Flow Cyt: Use at an assay dependant dilution.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
関連性DcR1 / TRAIL-R3 / TRID / LIT is one of the two putative decoy receptors identified for TRAIL, one of the members of TNF family of apoptosis inducing proteins. The other putative decoy receptor is called DcR2 / TRUNDD / TRAIL-R4. DcR1 is attached to the cell surface through glycophospholipid anchor. It has the extracellular TRAIL binding domain but lacks the cytoplasmic domain to induce apoptotic signal. Hence overexpression of DcR1 inhibits the TRAIL induced apoptosis.
