|WB||1/10000 - 1/50000. Detects a band of approximately 22 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 15 kDa).|
|IHC-P||1/500 - 1/1000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Heat up to 98 degrees C, below boiling, and then let cool for 10-20 min|
|ICC||1/250 - 1/500.|
|IHC-Fr||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
ab113076 staining CEND1 in Rat retina (at birth) tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000) for 24 hours. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
ab113076 has not yet been referenced specifically in any publications.
