The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
1/10000 - 1/50000. Detects a band of approximately 22 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 15 kDa).
1/500 - 1/1000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Heat up to 98 degrees C, below boiling, and then let cool for 10-20 min
1/250 - 1/500.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Is unsuitable for Flow Cyt.
CEND1 is a neuron-specific protein. The similar protein in pig enhances neuroblastoma cell differentiation in vitro and may be involved in neuronal differentiation in vivo. Multiple pseudogenes have been reported for this gene.

ab113076 staining CEND1 in Rat retina (at birth) tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton and blocked with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000) for 24 hours. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
