Flow Cytometry analysis of BALB/c mouse bone marrow cells labeling CD44 with ab25340 at 1 μg/106 cells dilution (purple). A Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-FITC was used as the secondary antibody. Grey - Isotype Control, Rat IgG1-UNLB, followed by Mouse Anti-Rat IgG1-FITC.
ab25340 staining CD44 in mouse spleen tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in blocking buffer) for 16 hours at 4°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat anti-rat IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
