  • 機能Synthesizes cyclic ADP-ribose, a second messenger for glucose-induced insulin secretion. Also has cADPr hydrolase activity. Also moonlights as a receptor in cells of the immune system.
  • 組織特異性Expressed at high levels in pancreas, liver, kidney, brain, testis, ovary, placenta, malignant lymphoma and neuroblastoma.

The antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometry not by Western Blotting. The cell lines derived from B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) should be the positive control.

You should avoid reducing conditions as you propose - the protocol is very general (classical Laemmli buffer). Use SDS gels (SDS is not reducing but denaturing agent) without adding reducing agents (bME, DTT) in the sample buffer.
