The antibody was tested using the recombinant proteins. It can pick up both both CD32a and CD32b, but only under non-reducing condition.   Hope this info will be helpful! Please cotnact us again if you have any further questions.

This antibody was raised using CD32b extra cellular domain and reacts with both CD32a and CD32b. We do not know if it reacts with CD32c for sure. Since CD32c and CD32b extra cellular domain are identical, we assume that it should react with CD32c.
