Armenian Hamster monoclonal [145-2C11] to CD3 epsilon (Biotin)
特異性ab114039 is specific for a 25 kDa protein component (epsilon-T3) of the antigen specific T cell receptor in several Mouse strains. It reacts with all mature T cells and can both activate and inhibit T cell function.
Flow cytometric analysis of CD3 epsilon in BALB/c thymocyte cells stained with ab114039 at 1 µg per 106 cells. Biotin Hamster IgG was used as isotypic control. Percentage of cells stained above control: 50.2%.
Flow Cytometric analysis of CD3 epsilon in BALB/c splenic T cells stained with ab114039 at 1 µg per 106 cells. Biotin Hamster IgG was used as isotypic control.
Percentage of cells stained above control: 87.6%.
