Chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells were double stained with ab25419 at 0.2 µg/106 cells and a FITC-conjugated mouse anti-chicken CD8 alpha (Clone CT-8) antibody (ab24898). Small lymphocytes were then gated and analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
