This product is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab75985 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|ICC/IF||1/250 - 1/500.|
|WB||1/2000 - 1/5000. Detects a band of approximately 150 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 113 kDa).|
|IHC-P||1/250 - 1/500. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.|
ab172730 - Rabbit monoclonal IgG, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.
|IHC-Fr||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
ab75985 staining CD21 antibody in Raji (human Burkitt's lymphoma) cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 100% methanol. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at a dilution of 1/500. A goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/1000.
DAPI was used as a nuclear counterstain and the negative control was PBS only.
