The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 1 - 5 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 42 kDa.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
関連性C1GALT1 (Core 1 synthase, glycoprotein-N-acetylgalactosamine 3-beta-galactosyltransferase, 1) is a glycosyltransferase that generates the core 1 O-glycan Gal-beta1-3GalNAc-alpha1-Ser/Thr (T antigen), which is synthesized by the transfer of Gal from UDP-Gal to GalNAc-alpha-1-R. Core 1 is a precursor for many extended O-glycans in glycoproteins. C1GALT1 plays a central role in many processes, such as angiogenesis, thrombopoiesis and kidney homeostasis development.

Immunofluorescence analysis of Panc1-bC2GnT-M cells, staining C1GALT1 with ab57492.
Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde before incubating with primary antibody (1/100) for 1 hour. A DyLight®488-conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
