ab52945 staining Apolipoprotein A I in mouse brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with paraformaldehyde, cut into 20 micron slices, permeablized with 0.1 M PBS with 1% Triton X and blocked with 10% serum for 60 minutes at 24°C. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 0.1M PBST with 10% donkeys serum) at 4°C for 24 hours. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated donkey monoclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis rat primary astrocyte culture labelling Apolipoprotein A I with ab52945 at 1/2000. Cells were fixed with methanol and permeabilised using 0.1M PBS with 1% Triton X. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated donkey antibody at 1/3000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
