We appreciate the data provided in this AbReview. Regrettably the amino acid sequence of the homologue alpha Internexin in Apteronotus leptorhynchus is to our knowledge currently unknown. Zebrafish proteins show an identity under 60% compared to the immunogen sequence for this antibody. For this reason we suggest this product might not be suitable for the detection of a homologue alpha Internexin protein Apteronotus leptorhynchus.
