Abcam response
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Our ab32042 has not been previously tested in IHC-P. The provided data suggests that ab32042 may not be the first choice for detecting active Caspase-3 using IHC-P under these experimental conditions. However we can recommend this antibody for the use in IHC-Fr, Western Blot and ICC/IF. For IHC-P detection of active Caspase-3 we would recommend our ab2302. We hope this information is useful to our customers and welcome any further feedback.
The reviewer received a reward from Abcam’s Loyalty Program in thanks for submitting this Abreview and for helping the scientific community make better-informed decisions.
