Additional data
Additional Notes
WT1 in red, DAPI in white, and transmitted light also shown for contrast.
WT1 expression in the kidney – expected in the nephron progenitors population, presumptive and mature podocytes and cells lining collecting duct (GUDMAP.org).
The antibody shows strong nuclear signal in cells with expected WT1 expression. A good antibody working well in both mouse and human samples.
Would recommend use for human and mouse samples.
Concentrations tested: 1:100, 1:250, 1:500, 1:1000
Best concentration: 1:1000
Possible that antibody will be useful at lower concentrations.
