Additional Notes
This antibody was used for the detection step of a sandwich ELISA. A non Abcam goat polyclonal anti-tPA antibody was used for the capture step.
Streptavidin-HRP was used instead of a secondary antibody, diluted 1:500 in 1% BSA.
The method worked over a series of sample dilutions.
Positive control: full-length recombinant tPA
Negative controls: several were included in which either the capture antibody, the sample, or the detection antibody were omitted.
