Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - TGF beta 2 antibody (ab36495)
ab36495 at 1/1000 staining mouse kidney tissue sections by IHC-P. The tissue was paraformaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was perfomred in citrate buffer. The tissue was then blocked and incubated with the antibody for 1 hour. A biotinylated rabbit anti-mouse antibody was used as the secondary.
