please find my answers to your questions below: The two batches (GR46331-1 and GR46331-2) are from the same purification. This means that there should be no difference between these two vials. If these two samples are from the same purification why we had to wait 3 weeks for delivery? Please find below copy of the confirmation from Abcam for the PO#938829. - Could you please explain if the two samples were run on the same gel head-to-head or separately and the image was annotated? The samples were run on the same gel. - How the proteins were stored? Were the packages shipped on ice? Both proteins were stored at +4C. Shipping?? I will appreciate very much if you could confirm the quality of your batches. I am particularly concerned about the quality of your first batch. The His tagged galectin was a minor band on the gel based on the Western blot of both samples. Therefore I would like to ask for the replacement of this product. Looking forward for your answer. Best regards,

Thank you for providing some further details. I have contacted you on the 27th September but still not heard from you. To see whether it was an isolated case, we re-verified our previous tests and tested other vials from the same lot. We believe it was indeed an isolated case. We can certainly replace both vials or arrange a credit note or a full refund for you. Could you please get back to me and let me know how you wish to proceed. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
