Additional Notes
Immunofluorescent staining for RAGE in the mouse brain. The antiboby stains processed of neurons in many brain areas. The staining does not seem to be on the soma of the cells, but on processes only. On the picture, the staining obtained in the striatum and cortex is showed. The staining is rather strong at 1:100 and disappears when more diluted.
