As this antibody has not previously been used for mouse or IHC I would suggest performing a western blot initially with your mouse samples as this would give an indication of if the antibody is able to recognise the mouse protein. As the immunogen used shares 94% homology with the mouse PNMT protein we would predict that is would but performing a western blot would help confirm it.
