It worked fairly well right after the purchase. But the activity was decreased after about 1 years.
The stock vial was stored at -20c and some aliquotted vial was also stored at -20C. and only vials which were ready to be used were stored at 4C.

It is possible for an antibody to lose some of its activity after a year in storage. To increase the signal, we suggest using a higher concentration of antibody, such as a 1:1000 dilution.
