In all our trials, we used rat tissue as "positive control" and obtained really nice results in rat tissue. The stated dilutions are the ones which gave best results using rat, but we tried several other dilutions.
After seccondary antibody we used ABC kit, and development was performed with the glucose oxidase-DAB-nickel method.
