    Dear Abcam,
    I have searched Your product site looking for a linker between a
    primary chicken IgY antibody that has to be linked/bound to a mouse
    (or rabbit) secondary HRP conjugated antibody in a DAB Detection kit (only allows for mouse or rabbit primary
    antibodies) for immunohistochemistry. Is it possible to use Your
    product ab82225 for this task? Or do You have a better suggestion?

    I've looked through the details of the DAB kit and also of ab82225, and these should be compatible with the assay that you describe. Using the mouse anti-chicken antibody will just add an extra incubation step but I don't expect it to affect your staining results.
