5DIV cortical neurons are treated with control or depolarizing buffer KCl. Nuclei of cortical neurons are fragmented by bioruptor sonication, immunoprecipitated with MeCP2 antibody. DNA samples are purified and subjected to Real-time PCR using primers targeting BNDF exon I, II, IV and VI.
