Samples were not denatured. They were prepared without boiling, and without B-mercaptoethanol. Samples were run on a 10% gel, and transferred to PVDF membrane overnight. Primary Ab incubation was overnight at 4degrees C. Secondary Ab incubation was at RT for 1 hour.
