Thank you very much for your enquiry. The originator of these two antibodies has provided me with the following information. To their knowledge they have not heard of reports of doublets being seen with ab11897 and ab11896. Both of these were tested using Hela cell lysates and from these results, one might perceive a doublet but the resolution is insufficient to make a clear judgement. This is all the information that I have at the moment. Have you tried these two antibodies with different types of samples?
