Additional Notes
We conducted immunofluorescence (IF) using testicular tissue of stallion. The tissues were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde for overnight at RT°C and then embedded in paraffin to make the IHC slide.
Immunocytochemistry (ICC) samples are not cell line (no culture). stallion germ cells (single cell) were isolated from the testicular tissue of stallion using collagenase and DNase solution. germ cells were loaded to progress ICC onto slide and air-dried for overnight at RT°C.
