Additional Notes
This antibody ab63820 lot GR154165-1 was tested for use in a radioimmunoassay for its ability to bind 125-Iodinated bovine insulin. This antibody did not recognize 125-Iodinated bovine insulin across a broad range of dilutions, as noted in the attached figure. The 125-Iodinated bovine insulin is known NOT to be the problem as it is known and simultaneously verified that the 125-Iodinated bovine insulin will bind a legacy antibody that I have and is nearly depleted and thus the reason for testing the ab63820 antibody to find a replacement for my legacy antibody.
