Additional Notes
I have tried this antibody for immunofluorescence staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung with a 1:20 or 1:100 dilutions and an overnight incubation at 4 C. The 1:20 dilution showed a dim staining of IgG-expressing cells. The 1:100 dilution did not work.
Abcam response
Thank you for submitting this Abreview. We recommend permeabilizing the tissue as this may improve the staining results and lead you to be able to see staining at lower dilutions.
