Description

Rabbit polyclonal to IL10

Specificity

Direct ELISA results in no cross reactivity against cytokines other than IL10. By ELISA this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with murine IL-10. The antiserum detects recombinant and native IL-10 present in body fluids and cell supernatants in various assays (e.g. IL-1 stimulated IL-10 production from fibroblasts).
