The ChIP protocol used for testing this Ab is that of Dahl and Collas, 2007, Stem Cells 4:1037-46.
In our hands, this antibody gives signal/noise ratios by qPCR that are comparable to those of other anti-histone antibodies. Strength of the signal should make this Ab useful for ChIP-on-chip although we have not tested that.
