Additional Notes
We tried this antibody on our samples at different stages (mouse oocyte and zygote), however no detectable fluorescent signal was observed at the confocal scanning level. We have changed the blocking step and antibody concentration but didn't changed fixation steps. One needs to do antigen retrieval, which are unfortunately not suitable for our samples.
