Thank you for your recent telephone enquiry. This Fab fragment of polyclonal Donkey anti Goat does not have a uniform sequence and I am sorry this has not been sequenced. The molecular weight of Fab fragments is known to be approximately 50 kD non reduced, 25 kD reduced. The generally accepted extinction coefficient at A 280 for these fragments is 1.53.
