Additional Notes
Immunostaining obtained with this antibody in the rat cortex using the antibody 1:300 diluted. The staining is beautiful, located in the cytoplasm of some neurons. (soma and processes) . In the hippocampus, the staining is so strong that the antibody can be used 1:3000.
The tissues were fixed (animals perfused fixed) with 4% PFA and later postfixed overnight in the same fixative. They were cryoprotected in 30% sucrose and cut using a cryostat.
