Under the conditions entered, this Ab performed inadequately. In the submitted composite image of sagittal section of head, the upper image shows a pale positivity in developing olfactory nerve bundles ( red arrowheads) but, there is an unacceptible non-specific positivity: upon further dilution, all immunostaining is lost. "OE" indicates developing olfactory epithelium of the nose.

Many thanks for your feedback on ab16053 in IHC-P on mouse brain tissue. This is the first report of this antibody's performance in this application and species, your data would suggest that ab16053 is not suitable for use in this scenario.
